Nipsey Hussle & Lauren London’s Love | 5 Memorable Moments

The hip hop community and beyond has been stunned by the brutal murder of Grammy-nominated rapper, Nipsy Hussle.

Born, Ermias Asghedom, 33, is survived by his two children: Emani Asghedom (from a previous relationship), Kross Asghedom and long-time girlfriend and mother of Kross, Lauren London.

The California love-birds have been dating since 2013, and London gave birth to their son in 2016.

The couple met for the first time, in person, on Crenshaw and Slauson at his store.

The two loved each other deeply and also made sacrifices for their relationship.

During an interview with GQ, London shared how she auditioned for the role of Faith Evans in the hit film, Notorious, and then she got pregnant.

It was a tough decision for the actress. She revealed she questioned whether she should choose herself or her soul.

“I auditioned to be Faith Evans in Notorious,” Lauren shared. “I talked to Faith, Puff, everybody. It just came down that the director didn’t believe me as Faith.” Riding the ups and downs together, they seem to be having fun. But it was one single decision that made them more than just another celebrity couple in Nipsey’s eyes.”

“Lauren was handpicked by John Singleton to do Snowfall. She read, got the part, shot the pilot…did stunts…this was her dream role,” Nipsey said. “And then she got pregnant with our son. That was a really hard decision for her to make.”

Tributes have poured out over social media for Nipsey Hussle, with special messages of support for Lauren London.

The gorgeous photos from their recent GQ shoot broke the internet upon their release.

Now they stand as a forever tribute to the love and bond forever shared by the two.

“Our grandchildren will frame this,” London wrote in a caption underneath one of the pictures taken in their LA neighborhood.
